Getting started with website designing is easier than you may think; however, it is a journey if you wish to reach a certain level of expertise, of course. Fortunately, there are hundreds of tools available to help you get started. Firstly, look for a few basic online tutorials or an up-to-date book on web design and start by mastering the basics of HTML and CSS. Then you can start exploring more advanced web design languages, like JavaScript!

1.  Visual Design

4.  HTML & CSS

If you want to start learning web design for free, HTML & CSS are great skills to start with. HTML is the coding language that is used to put content on a web page and give it structure, which means giving the shape of the word of headlines, paragraphs, footers, etc. It also includes how you structure the photos, videos, and graphics on a web page. On the other hand, CSS makes all the text and other content look good. With CSS, you can adjust the colors, fonts, background, and much more!
